But most people call me EESH!

I’m a proud co-founder of The Desert Consulting! Originally born in Harlingen, Texas, and later rooted in California alongside the majority of my family. Growing up in a culturally rich, family-oriented environment shaped my morals, values, beliefs, and skills, which is what sparked a lifelong passion for helping others! That foundation continues to guide my work as I support individuals in finding clarity, connection, and purpose!(:

I am often described as rebellious, compassionate, and approachable, with a bubbly, flower-child energy! I bring curiosity, creativity, and a deep attention to detail to everything I do! My spiritual journey has evolved from Catholicism to atheism and eventually to a grounded faith in God, Christ, and the Universe! That faith, along with my love for nature, fuels my belief that we are here to support one another, uplift our communities, and care for our planet and every living thing on it!

I listen with compassion, meet people where they are, and tailor my support to each person’s unique journey! I believe in person-centered care, not cookie-cutter solutions. My path to this work was built through a process of eliminating what didn’t serve my soul’s purpose. From high school on, I knew I wanted to make my time on this earth count, and that meant creating something meaningful and lasting!

Challenges shape us, but it’s our response to them that defines us! Supporting my partner through health issues and navigating my own injuries revealed the flaws in the systems we often rely blindly on, and the power of taking healing into our own hands! Through holistic treatments, movement, and daily self-care, I’ve learned that healing is a journey walked one intentional step at a time!

Outside of work, I find joy in building and creating things with my hands, recreational outdoor activities, adventuring, and spending time alone or with those I love!

The Desert Consulting was born from a deep desire to unite people, challenge limiting systems, and build a more empowered, positive world! I chose the road less traveled, to live freely, creatively, and in service to others!
