I am a guide, a listener, a creator, and a lifelong student of human experience. I grew up in a deeply family-oriented, culturally rich environment that shaped my values around connection, compassion, and responsibility to others. My life experiences — including injury, healing, questioning belief systems, rebuilding trust in myself, and witnessing loved ones navigate hardship, taught me early on that growth is not linear and healing is not one-size-fits-all. Everything I offer today is rooted in lived experience, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s unique journey.
-
My path into health and life coaching was born from personal necessity. Through my own healing journeys and supporting loved ones and patients through theirs, I learned that true transformation happens when we address the whole person, the body, mind, emotions, environment, and beliefs. I became passionate about helping people slow down, listen inward, and reconnect to their own inner wisdom rather than outsourcing their answers. Coaching became the natural bridge between my curiosity, compassion, and desire to help others build lives that feel aligned, sustainable, and true.
-
I don’t believe in fixing people, because you are not broken. My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and grounded in awareness, nervous system regulation, self-trust, and accountability. I help clients become the scientist of their own life: observing patterns, experimenting gently, and learning what truly supports them. We move at a pace that honors your body, your capacity, and your season of life while still encouraging responsibility, action, and growth.
-
Doing the work means showing up honestly, being willing to reflect, and taking aligned action, even when it feels uncomfortable or unfamiliar. It does not mean perfection or pushing through burnout. I guide you, support you, and walk alongside you, but the transformation happens when you choose to engage with yourself consistently. Those who are open, curious, and willing to practice what we explore tend to experience the most meaningful shifts.
-
My lived experiences deeply inform how I show up as a practitioner. I understand what it feels like to be overwhelmed, disconnected, uncertain, and searching for clarity. I also understand resilience, rebuilding, and learning to trust life again. Because of this, I hold space with compassion and realism. I honor both the tenderness and the strength required to change.
-
I have spent years caring for, tutoring, and being deeply involved with children through babysitting, mentoring, and my role as an aunt. I have a natural ability to observe children as they are — understanding their emotional worlds, developmental stages, communication styles, and nervous systems. I support parents and caregivers in learning how to truly see their children, respond rather than react, and guide with both compassion and structure. Safety, boundaries, and developmentally appropriate expectations are always prioritized.
-
I gently help parents move from projecting expectations onto their children toward understanding who their child actually is. This does not mean removing boundaries or discipline. It means leading with awareness, emotional intelligence, and respect while still teaching responsibility, safety, and values. When parents shift how they see their children, relationships soften and trust grows.

Yes. I work with entrepreneurs, creatives, and small business owners who want to build something meaningful without sacrificing their health or values. I support clients through idea development, clarity, alignment, and strategy, often helping them uncover blind spots or possibilities they had not previously considered. My consulting style blends creativity, practicality, systems thinking, and self-trust.
-
Through The Desert Consulting, I support small events, intentional gatherings, experienced health & life coaching design, business consulting, mentoring, and creative planning. This may include concept development, flow design, value alignment, and strategy that honors both the mission and the people involved. I enjoy helping clients bring ideas to life in ways that feel grounded, intentional, and sustainable.
-
Because no amount of planning or motivation works when the body feels unsafe. I believe sustainable growth requires understanding how stress, overwhelm, and survival patterns impact decision-making and behavior. When clients learn to regulate their nervous systems, they gain clarity, creativity, and capacity, which allows real change to take root!
-
Clients often report increased self-trust, clarity, emotional regulation, and a stronger sense of direction. Many feel more connected to their bodies, more confident in their decisions, and more grounded in their daily lives. The goal is not to become someone else, it is to return to yourself with greater awareness and intention!
-
My work is for individuals who are ready to take ownership of their growth and show up with honesty, effort, and intention. You don’t need all the answers or to perform, you just need the courage to begin and the willingness to be fully engaged. This is not one-foot-in, one-foot-out work. Transformation happens when you commit, stay present, and take responsibility for your process.
-
My mission is to guide people into becoming the greatest version of themselves by reconnecting them to their inner wisdom, honoring natural rhythms, and helping them live in alignment with what truly matters. I believe this is our birthright, and I am here to walk with you as you step into a new and transformative chapter!
