Built from the lives we had to rebuild.
The Desert Consulting was created by Juan Michael Sibrian and Ixchel “EESH” Buelna as a space where healing, manifestation, purpose, creativity, business clarity, and community can meet. We are here for the people who know they are meant for more, but need support becoming clear, grounded, and brave enough to create it.

Where we came from
We did not create this from theory alone.
The Desert Consulting came from real seasons of uncertainty, transition, healing, pressure, and personal reinvention. Before we were building coaching spaces, workshops, funnels, websites, and community offerings, we were learning how to rebuild our own lives from the inside out.
We know what it feels like to question your path, outgrow old versions of yourself, move through burnout, face fear, and realize that the life you are living no longer matches the life you feel called to create.
Why we created this
We wanted to build the kind of support we once needed.
We created TDC for the person who is tired of being told to simply work harder, think positive, or figure it out alone. Our work is rooted in the belief that transformation needs honesty, reflection, structure, spiritual connection, emotional awareness, and grounded action.
The Desert became our symbol because the desert teaches resilience. It can look dry, quiet, and uncertain from the outside, but underneath, life is still preparing to bloom.
We believe your next chapter is not only something you dream about. It is something you become available for.

Our purpose is to support people as they reconnect with their voice, vision, confidence, discipline, creativity, and direction, so they can stop living from old stories and begin creating from truth.
Meet the founders
Two paths found each other. Then became a shared vision.
Before The Desert Consulting became a brand, it was two people learning how to choose growth in real life. It was late conversations, difficult seasons, personal healing, questions about purpose, and the quiet decision to keep becoming even when the next chapter was not fully clear yet.
Juan Michael’s journey

Juan’s path has been shaped by service, education, leadership, health challenges, personal reinvention, and the desire to build work that creates real impact. His journey taught him that transformation is not only about having a dream. It is about developing the mindset, discipline, clarity, courage, and structure to live differently.
Ixchel “EESH” Buelna’s journey
Manifestation, self-concept, emotional truth, and becoming.
Ixchel’s path has been one of emotional healing, identity shifts, self-trust, manifestation, relationships, and learning how to become the version of herself who could hold the life she was calling in. Her work is rooted in the understanding that people do not only need more information. They need space to feel seen, tell the truth, and begin choosing from a new version of themselves.
Where the journeys collided
Different strengths. One deeper assignment.
When their journeys came together, they did not become the same person. They became two different mirrors for each other’s growth. Juan brought structure, direction, story, resilience, and strategy. Ixchel brought emotional truth, intuition, manifestation, self-concept, and the language of becoming. Together, their strengths began to complete, challenge, and expand each other.
What became The Desert Consulting
A body of work built from real becoming.
The Desert Consulting became the home for the many pieces of what they believe in: coaching, workshops, manifestation, storytelling, business strategy, creativity, digital spaces, community, and personal transformation. It is the place where their individual stories, shared healing, relationship, faith, creativity, and vision began to take form.
We are building from what we have lived.
Our relationship, our healing, our growth, and our shared dreams have shaped the way we lead. We know what it means to support each other through change, challenge each other into higher versions, and keep choosing the vision even when the path is still forming.
This is why TDC is for the person or business standing at the edge of a new season. The one who knows something is ready to change, but needs support clarifying the vision, trusting the process, and taking the next grounded step.
