Burnout to Balance Transformation Workshop

This course is designed to support a shift from chronic burnout toward sustainable balance by helping participants reconnect with their bodies, clarify what truly drains them, and build flexibility in how they respond to stress, work, and life demands.

Rather than offering rigid systems or one-size-fits-all solutions, this experience focuses on awareness, embodiment, and choice.
