Client Responsibility

Coaching Is Not Therapy

Coaching is not therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, medical care, diagnosis, crisis support, or a substitute for professional healthcare. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent mental health conditions, medical conditions, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, or any health-related issue.

If you are experiencing a crisis, thoughts of self-harm, thoughts of harming others, medical emergency, severe emotional distress, or immediate safety concern, please contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis professional in your area immediately.

No Medical, Legal, Financial, or Mental Health Advice

Any information shared through our coaching, workshops, programs, emails, website, resources, or community spaces is for educational, reflective, and personal growth purposes only. It should not be taken as medical, psychological, legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, or professional advice.

Manifestation and Spiritual Content

Our work may include manifestation, visualization, affirmations, self-concept, spiritual reflection, intuitive discussion, journaling, energy awareness, identity work, and personal meaning-making. These tools are offered for reflection, growth, and self-inquiry. We do not guarantee that any manifestation practice, spiritual tool, affirmation, visualization, or energetic practice will create a specific result.

Your Responsibility in Coaching

You are responsible for your own choices, actions, emotional wellbeing, support systems, implementation, and decisions. Coaching may bring up emotions, memories, patterns, or realizations. You agree to seek licensed professional support when needed and to use your own judgment when applying any coaching tools or suggestions.

Boundaries and Scope

Coaching support is limited to the agreed container, session time, program access, or workshop format. Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, coaching does not include unlimited messaging, crisis support, emergency support, therapy, medical guidance, legal guidance, financial advising, or guaranteed access outside scheduled sessions.

Business Consulting, Websites & Funnels Disclaimer

The Desert Consulting may provide business consulting, website design, funnel design, systeme.io support, Squarespace support, messaging support, offer clarity, creative direction, strategy, digital presence support, email campaign setup, and related business services.

No Guaranteed Business Results

We do not guarantee sales, revenue, leads, followers, conversions, client bookings, website traffic, search rankings, email list growth, launch results, income, profit, or business success. Business results depend on many factors outside our control, including market demand, pricing, offer quality, audience size, sales process, client follow-through, timing, advertising, brand trust, competition, technology, and implementation.

Custom Scope of Work

Business consulting, website, funnel, and creative projects are based on the agreed scope of work. The final deliverables, timeline, payment schedule, revisions, platform responsibilities, copy responsibilities, design responsibilities, and launch support should be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Client Materials and Approvals

You are responsible for providing accurate information, brand assets, copy, images, logins, platform access, approvals, legal policies, product details, pricing, and business decisions when needed. Delays in providing materials, feedback, approvals, payment, or access may delay the project timeline.

Website and Funnel Technology

We may build or support websites, funnels, automations, forms, and digital assets on third-party platforms. We are not responsible for platform outages, technical limitations, third-party pricing changes, third-party bugs, lost data, hosting issues, domain issues, payment processor restrictions, email deliverability issues, or changes made by the client or other parties after delivery.

Copy, Compliance, and Legal Review

We may help with messaging, positioning, website copy, funnel copy, and offer clarity. However, you are responsible for reviewing and approving all claims, pricing, guarantees, testimonials, legal policies, refund policies, disclaimers, privacy notices, and compliance requirements before publishing or selling.

Portfolio Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, The Desert Consulting may reference completed public-facing work in our portfolio, website, social media, case studies, or marketing materials. Confidential information will not be intentionally shared without permission.

Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Payments

Payment terms depend on the specific offer, service, program, payment plan, invoice, checkout page, or written agreement. By purchasing, booking, or signing an agreement, you agree to pay the listed or agreed amount according to the payment schedule.

Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments unless a written agreement states otherwise. Missed or failed payments may result in paused access, canceled sessions, removed program access, late fees, collections activity, or discontinuation of services.

Refund Policy

Refund policies vary by offer and will be stated on the checkout page, sales page, invoice, program agreement, or client agreement. Unless clearly stated otherwise in writing, digital products, downloadable resources, workshops, coaching programs, group programs, business consulting services, website services, funnel services, and completed work are non-refundable.

Session Cancellations and Rescheduling

Coaching sessions, consulting calls, and project calls must be rescheduled according to the policy listed in the client agreement, booking page, or offer details. Missed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows may be forfeited at our discretion.

Business Project Cancellations

For business consulting, website, funnel, and creative projects, deposits, retainers, strategy fees, and payments for work already completed are generally non-refundable unless a written agreement states otherwise. If a project is canceled, paused, or abandoned by the client, any remaining balance may still be owed based on the agreement and work completed.

Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a payment, please contact us first so we can address it directly. Filing a chargeback for a valid purchase, completed service, accessed digital product, or agreed payment plan may result in loss of access to services, programs, community spaces, or future offers.

Community Guidelines

The Desert Consulting may offer community spaces through Telegram, workshops, group programs, live sessions, email conversations, social media, or other platforms.

Respectful Participation

By joining our community spaces, you agree to participate respectfully. Harassment, hate speech, bullying, threats, discrimination, spam, solicitation, abusive language, doxxing, repeated boundary violations, or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.

Confidentiality

Please respect the privacy of others. Do not share another participant’s personal stories, screenshots, comments, voice notes, images, or identifying information outside the community without permission.

Not a Crisis Space

Our community spaces are for education, encouragement, reflection, and connection. They are not emergency support, therapy, crisis care, or medical care. If you need immediate help, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional in your area.

Community Content

Any content shared inside community spaces is for personal reflection and educational purposes. You are responsible for how you interpret and apply anything shared by The Desert Consulting or other participants.

Removal from Community

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a community space if we believe their participation disrupts the safety, respect, privacy, or integrity of the group.

Testimonials, Reviews & Results Disclaimer

Testimonials

Testimonials, reviews, client stories, comments, screenshots, or success stories shared by The Desert Consulting reflect individual experiences. They are not promises or guarantees that you will experience the same or similar results.

Permission to Use Testimonials

You may use purchased or downloaded materials for your personal or internal business use only. You may not copy, resell, reproduce, distribute, teach, publish, upload, modify, or commercially exploit our materials without written permission.

Client-Owned Materials

You retain ownership of materials you provide to us, including your brand assets, logos, photos, business information, testimonials, and copy you created independently. You are responsible for ensuring that any materials you provide do not violate someone else’s intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Desert Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of income, business interruption, emotional distress, lost data, lost opportunities, failed launches, platform issues, or decisions made based on our content, coaching, consulting, workshops, programs, or resources.
